and Support Web Calendar

Please visit the Georgia Center for Adoption Resources to see their calendar of events, including scheduled chat sessions on a variety of topics, and more! Please also see the Calendar of Events below:

There are thousands of children in Georgia in need of foster families; more than 250 of these children are in need of adoptive families.  Most of these children have suffered abuse, neglect and/or abandonment.  Throughout the state there is a need for foster parents for children of all ages, however, the greatest need is for older children, sibling groups and medically fragile children.  The majority of children who are in need of adoptive families are age 8 and older, African American and/or a member of a sibling group who wish to be placed together.

To learn more, please plan to attend one of the upcoming events!
